About the Program
The Drexel University Cheer Team consists of 20 individuals and is sponsored by the Department of Athletics. The team is an integral part of the fan experience at all home men's and women's home basketball games. Cheerleaders can major in any academic program, must be full-time students, and are expected to maintain high GPA standards. As varsity student-athletes, cheerleaders benefit from a range of support services available to all Drexel varsity sports teams.
