About the Program
The Dance Team is a spirited and essential part of our campus community, bringing energy and enthusiasm to school events throughout the year. They perform at all home Football games, as well as Men’s and Women’s basketball games, and travel with the teams to the MAAC Championship in Atlantic City.

Training Facilities
Built in 1977, the James J. McCann Center is called home by the Marist men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball programs. Additionally, the building’s versatility makes it a highly-used practice venue by many of Marist's varsity teams. The building's namesake, James J. McCann (1880-1969), was a Poughkeepsie native and a strong supporter of Marist Athletics. Generous support from his charitable trust made the building's construction possible.
