Texan Cheer

About the Program

The Tarleton State University Cheerleaders pride themselves in being one of the most enthusiastic and outgoing groups at the university. They rank among Tarleton State's most visible student organizations and feature a solid core of campus leaders. The Texan Cheerleaders' role as a role model to the rest of the community is one that will never be taken for granted. The Tarleton State Cheerleaders are active throughout the entire school year, attending and performing at most of the university's home football, basketball, and volleyball events while also traveling to many of the road contests. Additionally, the Tarleton State Cheerleaders perform for those in attendance at the Tarleton Rally, Midnight Madness, pep rallies and many of the homecoming activities. Being such a major part of an ever-growing university is one of the best things about being a Texan Cheerleader.
